She holds a professional background in Foreign Languages and previously worked in education, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships.

Naleen’s professional journey is marked by his outstanding qualifications and memberships in esteemed accounting bodies. Armed with a B.Sc. (Sp.) in business management and an MBA with a focus on finance, he brings a formidable academic foundation to his role. With over fifteen years of diverse experience, Naleen has honed his skills both locally and internationally, serving in a shared financial service unit of a global Sri Lankan conglomerate and an international accounting firm.

His expertise spans the financial spectrum, from the meticulous preparation and reporting of financial statements to budgeting, financial planning, auditing, taxation, and adept management of cash flow, accounts payable, and receivables. Naleen’s proficiency in these areas has been honed through years of hands-on experience, making him a seasoned finance professional.

Diksha’s journey from India to Canada has given her a global perspective and a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. She holds a bachelor’s degree in B.Com (Honours) in Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business Management, and a Diploma in Event Management. With over four years of experience in the customer service sector and being on the Front end, Diksha brings strong communication skills, empathy, and a client-first approach to every interaction.

In her role at Custom Realty as an unlicensed assistant, she focuses on Client coordination, market research, and keeping day-to-day operations organised and efficient. Outside of work, Diksha enjoys dancing, cooking, hosting gatherings, and travelling with friends, hobbies that reflect her love for connection, creativity, and shared experiences

Originally from Greece, Pierros has a lengthy background in plumbing and janitorial services. Pierros has been with Custom Realty for nearly 20 years, and as maintenance supervisor, he coordinates and completes all our janitorial and maintenance repairs. There is no job too small or complex for Pierros, as he genuinely enjoys fixing things.
